We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Returns and exchanges are possible as long as it is completed within three (3) days from the purchase date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@objectsofthoughts.com.

We kindly ask that all valid returns must be unused or opened with attached tags and original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. In this case, if the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, Objects of Thoughts has the right not to accept the item return.

Objects of Thoughts will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your goods back to the vendors, as Objects of Thoughts is responsible for any merchandise purchased under our platforms. 

Upon inspection and approval, exchange and store credit will be provided; however, there are strictly no refunds. 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Purchase of sale times - discounted and promotional merchandise - are final and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. 

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to our headquarter to Jl. Cirendeu Permai V no. 3, Lebak Bulus, Cilandak. Objects of Thoughts does not accept or assume responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (i.e., shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be required to pay an additional non-refundable re-shipping fee.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment details during checkout and re-shipping. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between Objects of Thoughts and the customer directly. Objects of Thoughts' terms and conditions will apply.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
